Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on November 22nd, 1985 in New York City New York) has received acclaim for her ability to act across different genres ranging from the period dramas through thrillers to action-packed films. Johansson daughter of an architect as well as a producer was raised within New York City. Hunter Her twin brother, and she were both the youngest out of four kids. By the time she was seven years old, her passion for acting was growing. She started to audition for commercials. She joined the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute shortly after, and later went to the Professional Children's School, Manhattan to further her education. In the Off-Broadway production Sophistry she co-starred with Ethan Hawke. She then made her first film appearance in North (1994) and was directed by Rob Reiner, at age nine. Johansson was next seen in Just Cause (1996), but she was Manny & Lo 1996 that was her breakthrough. The movie is about two girls orphaned by their parents who run away. The film, The Horse Whisperer, Johansson as a teen victim of an horrific crash. In Ghost World, her role Ghost World brought her more fame as the outcast teen Rebecca. Her fame was based on her character of Nell Jones on the CBS popular show NCIS Los Angeles. She was awarded the award for her performance as a part of the main cast. In addition to appearing on this show, she's an experienced stage actress. She has given a variety of spectacular performances, including Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith entered the realm of entertainment as a child. She discovered her passion for acting as a young child. With the support from her parents, Smith got her first acting gig at the age of six. She was in the Dannon yogurt TV commercial. Like other young actors, she started her stage career. While working on different productions in the USA she also made her debut on stage in Wildflower. She was educated at The Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
